What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER CARD as payment options on our web site.  Please contact us if you have any other questions regarding payment.  We do not accept C.O.D. orders.

When you enter your order your credit card is verified. Once you "Submit" your order we will send your order to shipping.  When your order ships, we wll complete the credit card charge process and send you eMail with your UPS tracking number.

How do you ship, and how much does it cost?

We ship UPS Ground.  We ship from zip code 98001 (Auburn, WA, near Tacoma). We charge $12 for shipping, however if you need to return or exchange due to incorrect size we will pay for shipping charges.

Do you charge sales tax?

Shipments to Colorado will be charged 2.9% Sales Tax.  We do not charge sales tax for orders shipped to locations outside Colorado.

Do you ship outside the USA?

No

Once I enter the order what information do I get?

When the order is entered you will get an EMail message confirming the order.  We will send you another EMail with the UPS tracking number as soon as the order ships.  For other information about your order, use the Order Status Page. When you enter the order number the status of your order is displayed.

We prefer inquiries via EMail (Info@SEIShoes.com).  We will generally respond within a few hours but do not work on weekends.  You may phone 970-297-8607 , Monday to Friday, from 9 am - 5 pm, Mountain Time.  Please note, however, that we are not always available by phone and will return calls if you leave a message.  We usually see and respond to EMail messages sooner than phone messages.  See Contact Us Page.
