Shipping Policy
We ship via UPS Ground (Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will go USPS Priority Mail). Your order is shipped from zip code 98001 (Auburn, WA). When you check out you will be asked for Ship To information. Once you enter your ship to information press UPDATE, the total charge including Shipping will be displayed.  We charge $12 for shipping. 

We normally ship all "in stock" items within 2 business days from the time your order is received.  Shipping is UPS ground (in most cases 5-10 business days depending on your location).  Additional shipping time may be caused by the holiday season, or other unusual circumstances. 

We cannot ship to a PO Box.

Damaged Goods Policy
In case of a damaged shipment, indicate "damaged" when signing for the package.  Keep the original carton and the damaged merchandise until the claim is resolved.  

Cancellation Policy
Since we attempt to ship orders as soon as possible, you order cannot be cancelled. Please contact us for return instructions.

Return/Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If you need to return any products you purchased from us, you may return the item for a full refund less the shipping cost. The items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

 If you need to return or exchange a product, please contact us for return instructions. Please provide your Name, EMail address, Order Number, and Item Number of the product being returned and the reason for the return.

If you need to return due to incorrect size, please include the new size.  We will pay for shipping on all returns and exchanges.

 Return on items will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping charges.
